Comments
  • Do not confuse Events and Tasks (e.g. the difference between 'Training Course' and 'Prepare for training course')
  • An event is something that occurs in time (i.e. has a start and end time/date)
  • There are deliberate (planned) events such as a meeting, and accidental (unplanned) events (such as a machine malfunction)
  • If an event initiates a set of tasks, then it is probably best to classify it as a trigger
