Comments
  • These are the things that People, Roles and Org Units do to get things done
  • Do not confuse Tasks with Events (e.g. the difference between Meeting and Conduct Meeting)
  • Do not confuse Functions and Tasks - Functions are what a thing does; Tasks are what People, Roles and Org Units do
  • The name of a Task should always start with a verb (e.g. identify, specify, decide, design, make, manufacture, investigate, inform, assess, analyse, manage, finalise, provide, perform and conduct)
